Drzewny charakter zapachu jest wyraźnie zauważalny od samego początku dzięki dębowemu mchowi i paczuli. Zaraz potem zauważalny staje się lekko kłujący bóbr napalony. Przez tylne drzwi, subtelne kwiatowe nuty różanego geranium i goździka, niesione przez słodką, ziemistą, drzewną paczulę. Odrobina cynamonu, gałki muszkatołowej i labdanum doskonale uzupełnia drzewno-korzenny bukiet. Ten zapach to aromatyczna rzadkość pełna czystej męskości, której żaden miłośnik perfum nie powinien przegapić.

Die Düfte von Eclat sind durch die Bank weg gut. Sie halten sehr lange. Ich mache einen Sprühstoß aufs Hemd und dufte den ganzen Tag. Man muß sich durch Testen, bis man seinen Duft gefunden hat.

Eclat 799 war mein erster Duft von Eclat. Als ich diesen Duft in den Händen hielt und das erste Mal ausprobierte, fühlte ich mich um 40 Jahre zurück in die Vergangenheit katapultiert. Es war dieser Moment, als mein Vater, frisch geduscht, von der Arbeit nach Hause kam und diesen unglaublichen Duft verströmte. Er hatte von seinem Arbeitskollegen eine Probe geschenkt bekommen - ein kleines braunes Fläschchen, puristisch und edel im Design.
Mit Eclat 799 haben es die Parfumeure von Eclat nahezu perfekt geschafft, dieses große Vorbild aus den 80zigern wieder aufleben zu lassen. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür.
Der Duft selbst hält bei mir - behaarter Körper - weit über 12 Stunden und man kann ihn den ganzen Tag über deutlich an sich wahrnehmen. Vorsicht mit der Dosierung, der Duft ist sehr seifig (herrlich!) und intensiv.
